October 13 2014 – Drumdrops Admin
We have just finished uploading all the Loops packs for Folk Rock Drops Volume 2. For this album we have started doing the loops packs in a different way. Instead of providing all the stems of each loop we are keeping the loops to just the main mix of the drum track (with and without percussion).
The loops are now split into “Grooves” and “Fills”. In each drum track we are providing about 10 groove loops and 6-10 Fill Loops (depending on what we can get from a track). All of these loops come as 24 bit WAVs, Rex2 Files and Apple Loops (24 bit and 16 bit versions). The 16 bit versions are compatible with garageband on an iPad.
The loops now are locked to the beat. So if the tempo says 120 they will be at 120. Customers expressed an interest to get locked down beats rather than our free flowing live ones. So we tweaked them slightly to make this happen.
